About Us

Local to the Fraser Valley, Pacific Septic is a family-operated business serving areas all over the Lower Mainland. Blake Tabian, owner of Pacific Septic, has over 9 years of industry experience while working seasonally for his father at RT Tabian Excavating Services Ltd. installing onsite wastewater management systems as he attended university. Blake completed his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with honors, from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, specializing in environmental and wastewater management. Furthermore, he has completed Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (R.O.W.P.) training through WCOWMA BC and the necessary field training to receive his ROWP certification to design and install septic systems in BC and Alberta.

If you do not plan on installing the system yourself, we also act as a ‘one-stop-shop’. Pacific Septic has partnered with RT Tabian Excavating Services Ltd. and as a team, we can provide design, installation, inspection, repairs, maintenance and construction management services for sewerage systems of all shapes and sizes. RT Tabian Excavating Services Ltd. is an onsite sewerage specialist with over 30 years of installation, repair, and maintenance experience and together, there isn’t a job we can’t take on.
