Formerly known as MoldServices now known as The Mold Guy started when owner Ross Sullivan decided after 25 years in the Toronto construction industry it was time for a personal change. Staying within something he knew well and after many hours of in class training, became a Home Inspector, followed by more in class training to become a Mold Inspector. Working in Toronto with several mold companies we realized it was time to do it better, it was time to treat customers fairly.

We had to assess the competition in Toronto so with a friends help we called in 12 mold inspection companies to inspect his home for mold (we knew he had mold in the basement around the washer)
