About Us

A Plus Physiotherapy and Wellness centre was born out of wanting to give back to the community of Ottawa. We understand how much physiotherapy can help people living with injuries, chronic pain, and other types of muscle, joint, and bone pain.

That's why we offer not only physiotherapy but other services such as:
