My name is Kamal Sekhon-Dhillon. I started my own business in 1989. Since then, I’ve helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds to enhance their beauty – mind, body & spirit. Throughout the years, I have learned many things from others both good and bad. I’ve seen many people suffer through emotional, mental and physical issues. I’ve gone through many obstacles myself as well. I’ve not only dealt with these obstacles, but succeeded in achieving new heights as a result. Over ten years ago, I started applying my knowledge towards meditation techniques as I wanted to further develop my spiritual understanding. I learned much from Maharaj Buddhpuri Ji and visited the Shabad Surat Sangam Ashram in India. Here I learned the true meaning of meditation and the use of proper breathing techniques. I was able to apply these breathing strategies towards finding my inner/true self which has led me on the path to self-realization. With this experience, I am compelled to share my understanding and knowledge with others by offering spiritual healing and group meditation sessions.
