About Us

Melisa enjoys learning about new techniques and methods of treatment that may help improve pain/discomfort.

She has worked in the physical rehabilitation sector for over 6 years. She began her career as a Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Assistant but found herself drawn to Massage Therapy.

Over the past few years, she has done continuing educational courses on migraine treatment/management, chronic pain management, the impact of chronic stress as well as adding modalities such as Gua Sha & Cupping to her tool belt.

In her free time, she volunteers with non-profit organizations as well as paediatric recreational therapy programs.
