About Us

My journey into self-awareness started at the age of 11 during conversations with my grandfather about the metaphysical aspects of the human mind. The curiosity emerging from our discussions manifested into the relentless pursuit of understanding the intricacies and potential of the mind. Coupled with the need to continue learning about human nature was the desire to serve humanity in a manner in which individuals are able to realize their full potential whilst embracing the imperfect nature of themselves. Since individuals are unique in their personalities and life experiences I use an integrative approach in my practise. Guided by the tenets of patience, authenticity and mindfulness, my goal in psychotherapy is not to change individuals since change is an individual choice, but it is to build awareness, compassion, understanding, respect, empathy and acceptance toward oneself and others.
