About Us

Connect Counselling & Therapy's mission is to provide affordable, high-quality, non-crisis care to enhance the mental health of diverse clients, their families, and communities. The organization offers individual counselling for women, children/youth, and men, as well as group sessions, couples counselling, trauma counselling, and parenting education. Connect also offers hybrid counselling, private pay counselling services and is approved to offer services to First Nations Health Authority, Crime Victims Assistance and ICBC clients.  Over the last four years, Connect has been providing Somatic Experiencing Training in partnership with the Somatic Experiencing Institute (SEI) in Colorado, attracting global participants. This highly sought after trauma training has a global presence and in partnership Connect has brought over 160 students from across the globe to train individuals to meet the challenges of working with people impacted by trauma.
