Shawn, the lawyer at SMP Law, received his license to practice law in Ontario in 2002 and opened his own law firm as a sole practitioner. He has remained a sole practitioner but has acquired a very skilled team that has become the SMP Law family.  SMP Law’s extensive years of experience in family law, civil and estate litigation has provided him with a strong foundation in litigation strategy with a resolution focus.  In response to the post covid increase demand for his services in family law litigation, in particular parental alienation cases, SMP Law now primarily focuses on the litigation of family law matters.
