About Us

Tracy has been a pillar of service and inspiration to the finance and mortgage industry for more than twenty-five years. Her professional foundation has been built on heart-centred leadership, honesty, integrity, commitment and professionalism.  Over the last two decades she has served clients right across Canada while cultivating beautiful relationships with the people and communities surrounding her Kitchener, Ontario office.  

Tracy is a proud Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) member of Mortgage Professionals Canada. She served three years as Executive Secretary on the MPC Board and continues to be a Champion member and advocate for fair mortgage practices across Canada. Tracy was recently nominated for the RBC Women of Distinction Award for 2021 and Global Top 100 for Mortgage Professionals. Tracy was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame in the Canadian Mortgage industry and has received over 75 Awards during her 25 years of service in the mortgage industry.  

For the last several years in a row, Tracy and her team have hosted hugely successful community events, as well as participating regularly in staple community initiatives, bringing our community together with several charities which include  Family & Children’s Services of Waterloo Supporter KW Humane Society Supporter & Volunteer Neighbour’s Day Participant (Annually) Family Skate Day Organizer (Annually) Waterloo Region Down’s Syndrome Society Supporter KW Kidpreneur Showcase Creator Roger’s Blue Monday 2020 Guest Speaker Women of Inspiration 2020 Guest Speaker “Ask The Experts” Talk 640 Guest Speaker Community Reach-Out Founder KW Christmas Charity Event Founder & Organizer. 

Tracy has co-authored two books and continues to publicly advocate and speak on issues relating to mental wellness and suicide prevention.  When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Tracy at the barn with her daughter Meghan & (her newest obsession) Winston (Perfect Dream), or wading up the (Grand) river with her son Brendan.
