Wending Group originated from Wending Loan, which was founded by President Xu Jiaqi (Elvis) in 2015. With solid professionalism and practical ability, it took only a few years for Wending Group to become a leader in the loan industry in Canada and British Columbia. With the continuous expansion of business and the joining of business partners, Wending Loan successfully transformed into Wending Group in 2019. Today, Wending Group has gathered outstanding professionals in the fields of financial management and real estate investment, providing top asset management services including loans, financial management, insurance and real estate.

Wending Group established Wending Construction (GAE Construction), which brings together local real estate development and investment professionals in the Greater Vancouver area. In the service exchanges with past customers, Wending Group found that many Chinese immigrants to Canada are very keen on real estate investment. In addition to simple short-term buying and selling, many people want to engage in land development and mergers and acquisitions, especially after 2017, when simple short-term speculation has become increasingly difficult. However, due to insufficient understanding of language, culture and regulations, and the fact that domestic experience and technology are not applicable to local conditions, many difficulties are faced in the development process.
