Ian Angus took over the family real estate business 12 years ago, bringing to the table over 15 years experience in business management.  When he talks about that time, he says ‘My father had tremendous success and career satisfaction in real estate.  So, I just did everything he told me to do. That worked.  In his first year, Ian ranked among the top 1% in Atlantic Canada at Royal LePage and in the top 3% nationally.  Ian is a member of Royal LePage’s prestigious Chairman’s Award Club (top 1% in Canada), and is currently # 2 overall individual agent in Atlantic Canada.

What was that ground-breaking advice that his father laid out for him?  The formula, as it turns out, is tried and true:  Work hard and don’t ever forget who brought you here.

And that is exactly what he’s done.  Ian has carefully implemented continuously-evolving systems for his clients’ real estate transactions.  Ian has support in place, both administratively and from benefit of working with a large brokerage and network of agents.  Ian embraces change and challenge and innovation.  The flagship qualities of Ian’s business are his attention to detail, his pride in customer satisfaction and his achievements in negotiating on his clients’ behalf.

Since the days when Ian first took over the business, he has followed that advice.  He’s grown the business and made it his own.  He’s applied his own sensibility, modernized and invested in the people and communities who have supported him along the way.  But Ian’s greatest achievement is raising his two daughters.  They are the loves of his life.  And who keep his negotiating skills sharp.  (His golf handicap isn’t shabby either).
